No one likes to pay for shipping, and we truly wish there was something we could do to reduce this cost, but it’s simply expensive to ship books internationally from the USA.

The cost to ship your order is calculated using the address you enter during checkout, and most orders ship via UPS which provides tracking from our door to yours.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

Please understand that we have no way to know what import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or any other additional customs charges your country may assess, so these are not included in the item price or shipping cost. If you do incur such fees, they are the buyer’s responsibility. Because of this, we encourage you to check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs might be.

Overview

We haven’t offered a sycamore case for The Conflict Beautiful since our Kickstarter campaign in 2018, so we couldn’t be more excited to be able to do so once again, and with a completely new design.

Design Details

Each custom case for The Conflict Beautiful is made from quarter-sawn solid sycamore and is lovingly hand-crafted in Pennsylvania by artisanal woodworkers.

The Materials

The case is made from solid quarter-sawn sycamore with acacia splines on the back four corners.

Partnership

We’ve been looking for a partner to help us recreate these cases for years, but it wasn’t until this past spring when we were introduced to a small family-owned business in Pennsylvania that we knew we found exactly the right match.

They are passionate about making beautiful, expertly-crafted wood objects, and their attention to detail is obvious in everything they create.

EGW RENAISSANCE

Since discovering TS from DA a solid relationship with EGW has had a new birth. The Wooden case has an extra perk due to it being slightly taller than the CB books. The main EGW and theology books are in the living room including CB. On my nightstand I keep the wooden case with the volumes current. DofA and PK. PLUS my Andrews Studt Bible and both Andrews OT NT commentaries. Wonderful quality and engaging access. Blessings.
